Agreement
Shirley Yau agrees to provide the service you have chosen.
In exchange for the service you selected, you agree to pay the price stated at the time of booking. You agree to pay a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit (if booking a QHHT session of £50).
Refunds are not made at this time.
Shirley Yau does not guarantee any results.
Although healing modalities and techniques used on this website have great benefits, results are dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to your personal commitment and your existing underlying health issues.
Any testimonials and examples are not intended to represent or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
We do not provide medical, legal, investment or business advice. All opinions are provided for your consideration and should not be solely relied upon. It is your responsibility to obtain professional advice.
In order to experience the full benefits of the services provided please refrain from drinking alcohol or consuming any illegal drugs for at least 48 hours prior to the start of the session as this may affect your ability to participate.
It is your responsibility to inform Shirley Yau of any health conditions you have which may impact on your ability to participate in the healing sessions.
If, as a result of an act of God, force majeure, public emergency, restriction imposed by law or for any other cause beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to provide services to you, we shall not be in breach of this agreement but shall be authorised to substitute a reasonably satisfactory date and time to provide services.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service available, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, and contact details. Any 1-2-1 sessions, whether this be complementary to specific courses, or a sole purchase, must be taken within 3 months of purchase unless requested otherwise by Shirley Yau.
Refund Policy
OverSoul.co.uk has a no refund policy.
All sales purchased from OverSoul.co.uk are final policy meaning that once customers have made a purchase, they will not be able to return or gain compensation for the purchased item or service.
No refunds or replacements will be given for purchased products or services that customers return. These terms also apply to the purchase of prepaid deposits.

All written and oral information and material disclosed or provided by you to Shirley Yau under is confidential information regardless of whether it was provided before or after the date of this agreement or how it was provided to us. Any information disclosed to you by other participants as part of the course must also remain confidential.
Photography, Filming and Recording
You consent to us using photographs, video and/or audiorecordings including images of you, both internally and externally to promote our services.
You understand that these images may be used in print and digital media formats, including print publications, website, e-marketing, posters, banners, advertising, film, social media, and teaching purposes.
You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required.
You can ask us to stop using your images at any time, in which case it will not be used in future publications, but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.
